The flood's in Auckland
Last night there was a big flood in some parts of Auckland. My Auntie live's in Henderson valley and she got hit big time. She got hit so badly that her house isn't safe to live in anymore. she used to have a big lake out side her house but now it's covered in rock's and logs. She used to have a massive forest on her property but not most of the tree's are all on the ground. Her garage has complete gone so is her wall!!! here are some photo's of the house:

Oh my goodness! It looks like the whole house has shifted. Poor aunty!

DeleteHi Leo, floods can be devastating and it can take months for things to get back to normal. Lots of trees in my street came down last night and there have been workmen chopping up trees since early morning!!

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, that looks really bad for your Aunty's house and garage. I am so sorry this happened, and in Alert Level 4 too which makes it even harder. It was certainly a spectacular storm where we live. I hope she is getting a lot of help to sort out her belongings.
